No. Dues land in the community's own account through a virtual account number issued per household, so the money never sits with us. Passcode records the transfer, matches it to the household and issues the receipt.
The gate keeps working. Every gate device caches the active set of valid codes, so validation takes about three seconds whether there's a connection or not. When connectivity returns, everything reconciles automatically — a dropped network never becomes a queue at the boom.
Most communities are live within a week. Import your units and residents, switch on the modules you need, and hand out codes, cards or bands — the gate devices pair themselves once they are on site.
